Wrap- Up

Hello Everyone,

It would seem like it has been a while since I have posted. I can tell it has been a while because I forgot my password just as I was trying to log in. Well, I finished my first semester at BYU-I. Yeah. Now I get to start my first 'official semester,' or I will finally be on track.

Finals were crazy, but I did O.K in most of my classes. I had a ride to come home for christmas but it fell through. However, I got a ride at the last minute with Elise's help. Something just popped up at the last minute, it was great. Christmas was great. I got a lot of clothes, thanks again from the help of Elise.

However, after my first day home I began to experience some gastrointestinal problems. We were thinking it was a food allergy or lactose intolerance. First I tested the lactose intolerance theory. Being lactose intolerant was pretty hard. It seemed like all the food we had at home had some type of dairy product in it. I knew I had greatly increased my dairy intake since I got home but after a few days of trying to abstain from the dairy products I decided I should try something else while still trying to keep my lactose intake to a minimum. The next best guess was that it was something in the water. I did some research and found that there are bacteria that can be found in drinking water that causes similar symptoms to those of which I was manifesting. I wasn't sure if it was something in the water because I was the only one who was sick and mom and dad seemed to agreed. But after I started boiling my drinking water I started feeling a little better. However, after a week of my stomach rolling around like a baker kneading dough and the rest of my body acting more like a funnel than I sponge it was hard to really say when I started feeling well and some days it seems like I haven't completely recovered. But comparatively speaking I am doing just peachy.

It seems like my Christmas break is pretty much over. New Years Eve was all right but the first day of THE NEW DECADE wasn't anything to rave about. Mom and dad were going to have me drive the little Mitsubishi mirage back to school but as we went to go fill it up with gas we noticed that there was a gas leak. Dad worked had a look at the leak and tried to fix it but all the shops were closed so we couldn't get the part that we needed. The rubber tube for the fuel line had rotted.

That means I get to go on a road trip with Elise to Utah and then I will have to get a ride from there.

Fun. Fun. Fun.

We are leaving early in the morning so I better go.

Craig o. Did the camera work? Could you take pictures of your roommates and put them on the blog. We want to see Rexburg. How about the temple?
