Work

Well, I was going to upload pictures from the summer but they wont load. The internet isn't working very well.

A little while I got something in the mail from BYU-I. It was a thing asking to donate to the BYUI legacy fund. I don't think I would have normally given any money but dad sent me a talk that he got from Marae. It was from an economist who was talking at a devotional at BYU. He was talking about rich and poor persons who donate to charity. He had come to the conclusion through his studies that we fare better by choosing to give of our substance or money more often and not just waiting to we have money. Basically, he was saying that you make money by giving it away in support of others.
Well I had a little money so I thought I might as well donate some money. It was only a couple of dollars that I gave away. I
t took me a while to get around to remembering to take the envelope on campus. I dropped in off on my first day of work. Basically, I hadn't looked at jobs for a while but I decided to look and there was a job that all they wanted was to know your schedule and that you could work in the day time. I just thought it was amazing that I got hired so fast and I was able to make some money. I think my donating money might have been part of me having the opportunity to make money.
And finally, I had submitted a financial aide application a few weeks ago. I had just received a letter saying I didn't qualify for a grant or scholarship but if I wanted I could get a loan. Then I got another email saying that I got a scholarship. It was for $300.00. Sure, it ain't much but it will still be very helpful. I think it was just an interesting chain of events.
My job isn't to bad. It is from 11:00- 2:30. It seems like before I spend a good part of my day doing school related stuff. I hope I will be able to find the time to finish everything I need to finish. I guess I will have to go to bed earlier.

I guess it will all work out.

Oh, I just broke my Mini Reader that reads the memory card for my camera.
